8000 Miles per Gallon
The world’s most efficient vehicle has been unleashed. Andy Green of Great Britain developed a three-wheeled car that weighs the same as an average 9 year old boy. How many including me would love have this type of gas mileage? That is unbelievable! The drawback is that it only goes 18mph. I think I would sacrifice some gas mileage and get 2000 mpg for an avg speed of 64mph! I get 21 mpg driving my Highlander to Raleigh every day. I fill up about every 3-4 days — imagine the time span between visits to the pump just at 100 mpg. 8000 is truly insane. Only one problem though, I’d probably fall asleep if I had to lie down driving like he is and would have a mouthful of bugs.
This car should feel pretty comfy to the bobsledders! Haha…..I LOVE the “daily doses of me.” – very entertaining! :-)
